A new department has been created in the structure of Knight Frank Poland – Land Advisory. Its role will focus on advising investors both in acquiring the most attractive land as well as in the sales process. Piotr Litwin joined the newly created team.
The choice to expand services is a result of the company’s development strategy. The new department will focus on investment land advisory dedicated to entities looking for support in searching for and acquiring investment land, as well as awaiting professional preparation and execution of the sales process with regard to the particular plot’s potential, marketing strategy and the most efficient use which often entails changing its function. So far, all of these actions were delivered by the Capital Markets team which will now focus on providing service within the remaining sectors of the capital market.

Piotr Litwin has 19 years of professional experience in the commercial property business. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he specialized in investment land consulting at JLL and in leasing and selling commercial properting at i.a. Poczta Polska and Grupa PZU.
