Krakow, as the third of Polish city, after Warsaw with 11,500 sqm and Łódź with 2,500 sqm, has entered the area handled by the Hungarian serviced offices operator New Work with almost 2,800 sqm of workspace solutions for small, medium and large companies. And, therefore, joins the portfolio of 18 business centers in five countries, sevens cities, with a total area of approx. 50,000 sqm, where all-inclusive flexible offices and modern conference facilities are offered.
In recent years Krakow has become a city of increasingly innovative and creative initiatives in various fields. Until recently, it attracted with legend: the treasury of Polish heritage, the European Capital of Culture, a city full of events and full of unique art collections, and a city organizing great festivals. However, these advantages were also joined by purely economic or even business arguments: Krakow is today a place where not only it is worth, but – in accordance with current trends – you just have to organize a business meeting or congress.
In the Financial Times report of the European Cities & Regions of the Future ranking 2018/19, Krakow was included in the Top 10 Big European Cities – Business Friendly.
It is not surprising then, that New Work in the Polish market focuses on regional cities such as Krakow, offering from January 1, 2020 almost 2,800 sqm of serviced flexible offices and a modern, fully equipped conference space.
New Work is occupying only high quality office buildings in prime locations, one of such places in Krakow is of course the Bonarka for Business office complex.
The Bonarka for Business (B4B) it’s a complex of class A office buildings with 75,000 sqm of gross leasable area, in a unique urban arrangement. The complex of modern office buildings creates a compact layout with a central street and square, which refers to the function and character of the traditional urban market. A well-designed public space has been awarded numerous prizes, including “artURBANICA 2012”.
B4B it’s not only a modern workplace, it’s also a work-life balance scheme which has been implemented for stimulating B4B community, book exchange point, dedicated social media channels, regular events and a unique space for meetings and chillout.
The close proximity of Bonarka City Center, a popular shopping mall and additional functions of office complex offer many amenities as shops, cafes, restaurants, services, cinema, medical clinic, kindergarten and a fitness club with a swimming pool and sauna.
The real estate market is still growing rapidly. It is expected that new office buildings will continue to appear this year throughout Poland. Krakow, as the second largest office market in Poland, where the stock of modern office space in the capital amounts to over 1.2 million sqm will certainly receive more attention from New Work in the coming years, in line with the announcements of New Work’s CEO, Hubert Abt, who forecasts that by end of 2020 it is intended that New Work will operate 30 business centers in 10 cities with a total space of 100,000 sqm.
