New Work, a leading flex office operator in Central and Eastern Europe, won the “Professional Service Provider Award” at the 3rd Annual CEE CRE Awards held in Budapest on 30th January 2020. The award is the 4th that the company has won over the past four months.
The CEE CRE Awards event brought together the largest group of investors in real estate who are at the top of their fields and working in the region. Some with regional experience, and others with specific country or sector experience.
New Work is currently the second largest flex office provider in the Central and Eastern European region, and is still growing. The company started with only one location in Budapest in 2012, and now has 25 business centers in five countries (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Ukraine).
“This award is a great recognition for us, and we are happy to see how our effort is appreciated. We are trying to do better day by day, because we believe that our clients deserve the best service every day, not only once. Future is flex – this is our philosophy that we are keeping in our minds every single day, and I think we are on the right track. We are not perfect – we know that – but we strive for perfection. We create tomorrow’s workspace today,” says Hubert Abt, CEO at New Work.
Besides this recent “Professional Service Provider” Award in January 2020, New Work won the “Best Serviced Office Provider” at the 10th CEE Investment Awards in October 24th 2019 in Warsaw – one of the most significant commercial real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe, where nominations went to New Work, Business Link, CitySpace and WeWork.
Earlier, in October 2019, New Work Kaleńska – a unique Business Center in Warsaw’s Praga district – won an award as the best amongst 100 Warsaw offices in the category of “Office with Atmosphere” for small and medium-sized companies. The award was based on the 3rd annual plebiscite of leading all-inclusive office facilities conducted by the company “Biuro na Miarę”.
New Work also came up as a winner at the 5th Annual EE Real Estate Awards 2019 in Kiev in the past few months – in the category of “Office Project of the Year”: coworking. New Work launched its first location in Kyiv under sub-brand “New Work Labs” in November 2018.
New Work, as a leading flex office operator in Central and Eastern Europe, is expanding rapidly – especially in the dynamic Polish market where it will soon open its latest flex offices and corporate space on 4,500 sqm at Neon in Gdańsk (in the Alchemia complex), as well as at Bonarka in Kraków.
