Nexterio, a Kielce-based company, will move to Zakopianka retail park as early as in March thus supplementing the interior design offering available in this popular shopping center.
In Zakopianka, currently owned by EPP, Nexterio will occupy 850 sqm in Zakopianka’s historical building.
“For several years Nexterio has been operating as an Internet store, but as of 2017, we have been expanding our sales network by dedicated stationary stores located in Poland’s largest cities. We have chosen Zakopianka, because this is one of the first shopping centers in Cracow with strong market position; high footfall; but first of all, loyal customers, said Tomasz Podsiadły, deputy CEO at Nexterio.
“Nexterio is an excellent fit to Zakopianka’s current offering in the area of internal design products, adds Jakub Ociepka, Asset Manager at EPP. “We try to successfully build Zakopianka’s position by expanding its retail offer as well as dynamic response to ever-changing clients’ needs. Because that’s what builds the tenants’ loyalty, and is the key to their success.”
Zakopianka retail park opened in 1998 following as a result of the adaptation of former Cracow Soda Factory Solvay. At the moment, its over 81,000 sqm-large area hosts the main building with a shopping mall and Carrefour supermarket, a historical building with 13 retail and service points as well as free-standing large-area stores, including Castorama, Decathlon, FeuVert and Cinema City movie theater.
