Nokia Networks, a global specialist in the field of mobile network broadband transmission, has leased an office area of over 7,000 sqm in the West Link building, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław. The modern West Link office building is being developed next to West Gate – an office building, the anchor tenant of which is Nokia Networks.
“It is another stage of our excellent cooperation with Nokia Networks, which has located not only its offices but also its latest telecommunication laboratory in West Gate. This time the contract signed concerns a lease of over 7,000 sqm in the West Link office building, which is being developed next to West Gate. We prove again that the new office projects of Echo Investment do not only represent top standards which are respected by global leaders but also offer the most modern area in the best locations,” said Katarzyna Kubicka, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment’s Office and Hotel Department.
“Leasing an area of over 7,000 sqm in West Link is a very good example of the development of our company in the capital of Lower Silesia. As Nokia Networks we focused on Wrocław a few years ago, having invested in our largest laboratory in this part of Europe but also having acquired the best specialist in our industry,” said Bartosz Ciepluch, director of Nokia European Software and Engineering Centre in Wrocław and a member of the board at the Polish branch of Nokia.
West Link will offer a total area of over 14,000 sqm. There will be car park for 266 cars. The completion of the project is planned for the end of 2017 and early 2018.
