In the first months of 2021, the construction of the Nuvo Business Park complex in the centre of Kyiv, which was designed by the Polish studio APA Wojciechowski Architects, is planned to start. As a part of the investment carried out by PBG Kovalska and KDD, modern office space, as well as apartments and retail and service premises will be built in the heart of the Ukrainian capital.
Ultimately, the multifunctional project will include seven buildings, which will offer over 88,000 sqm of high-quality office, residential, retail and service space. The investment is located at Zhylianska Street in Kyiv, near the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Pasazhyrskyi Railway Station and the Olympic Stadium. It is one of the best-connected and situated neighbourhoods in the city. The expected completion time for the entire complex is five years.
Nuvo Business Park will provide both the highest standard of office space and a comfortable possibility of its arrangement in an ‘open space’ or a modular office layout. The buildings have been designed according to BREEAM standards. Their shape and excellent glazing parameters will ensure optimal use of access to natural light, ensuring comfortable working conditions. Numerous amenities will improve the comfort of the employees and increase the efficiency of their work.
High-quality apartments will be the perfect place to live for those who want to enjoy the energy of the city and draw the best from its heart. They will be characterized by a modern and thoughtful design.
Retail and service space will complement the multifunctional offer of the project. It will become a popular meeting and shopping destination.
“Our goal was to create a modern space that will become an important local centre and a significant impulse for the development and revitalisation of the Pecherskyi District of Kyiv. The main idea was to create an open and varied place, complemented by clear architecture. The concept of ‘City Streets’ emphasizes the importance of street spaces as well as the variability of their urban character. The streets lead towards the main square, which will become the focal point of the investment. Nuvo Business Park will be a prestigious address on the map of Kyiv. And also a pleasant place to live and spend free time,” commented Ostap Ivaniv, Architect at APA Wojciechowski Architects.
We are glad that more buildings designed by our studio are being built in the capital of Ukraine. The beginning of the latest investment carried by PBG Kovalska and KDD is a strong signal that the Kyiv real estate market continues to develop during the coronavirus pandemic. Nuvo Business Park is a multi-functional complex designed in accordance with the latest global trends and open to the future, which will offer a new quality of work, living and spending free time,” said Szymon Wojciechowski, CEO, Co-Owner, Architect-Partner at APA Wojciechowski Architects.
