Oasis refinances Prima Shops retail parks in Oradea and Mangalia – EuropaProperty

Oasis Retail & Development Consulting has recently signed with Raiffeisen Bank Romania a credit for EUR 8.5 million for refinancing their retail parks projects: Prima Shops Oradea and Mangalia.

Prima Shops Oradea is being developed by Oasis in the city centre, on Decebal bvd, right near Kaufland hypermarket, in two phases of 5,000 sqm each. The first phase was opened in April this year and is now 100 percent leased. The second phase of the project is to be opened in the autumn of this year.

Prima Shops Mangalia was inaugurated in the summer of 2016, in the vicinity of Kaufland hypermarket, the gallery being leased to Deichman and Pepco.

“We have used our own capital to develop the two retail parks in Mangalia and Oradea,” said Klaus Reisenauer, Associate within Oasis Retail & Development Consulting. “In the context of the financing conditions, improvements on the Romanian market and the sustainable retail growth we have decided to refinance this investment, following to take upon new opportunities in the market.”
