Ocado Technology enters Centrum Biznesu Magdalena – EuropaProperty

Ocado Technology has leased almost 1,500 sqm of space in the Wrocław office building Centrum Biznesu Magdalena. The tenant was advised by Colliers International.

Ocado Technology provides IT service and support to the world’s largest online supermarket Ocado. The company employs circa 8,500 people in three offices: Hatfield in the UK and Kraków and Wrocław in Poland.

“From the very beginning of the search process Ocado Technology has put great emphasis on the unique location and character of the new office. The view from the windows on the historic centre of Wrocław, a huge terrace on the roof of the building and easy access to the premises facilitated the choice. Arrangement works are underway. The new office is said to be one of the most attractive ones in the city. The appearance of Ocado Technology in Wrocław confirms the continued interest of potential investors,” said Kamil Pakosz, Wrocław Regional Manager at Colliers International.
