ODEA Park in Gdańsk completed

The construction of the  ODEA Park apartment complex in Gdańsk has been completed. This is yet another residential project by Yareal delivered in the Tri-City area. The complex, comprising five two-story buildings, received its occupancy permit in March this year.

ODEA Park is a unique development located atop a hill near Powstańców Warszawskich Street, on the border of Gdańsk’s city centre. The estate consists of five low-rise buildings offering a total of 120 apartments in a variety of sizes, some of which are still available. A significant advantage is the panoramic view of Gdańsk, visible from the windows of select apartments and even from street level on Legnicka Street.
