Office building Park Avenue rises above ground level – EuropaProperty

The Park Avenue office building on central Warsaw’s Wspólna Street has risen above ground level.

Park Avenue is located in downtown Warsaw at Wspólna Street 70. The building will offer over 14,000 sqm of A Class lease space, including also small office modules, starting from as little as 200 sqm. It has been designed by architecture studio JSK Architekci on the plan of the letter L, comprising two different height wings – 7- and 15-storeys tall. The building will also comprise a three-storey underground part with a parking lot and warehouses for tenants.

The construction of Park Avenue commenced in July 2016. At the end of February 2017, the investment’s general contractor, WARBUD S.A., completed the underground part under the taller, 15-storey-tall wing. Moreover, slabs have been finished on the ground level and the first vertical elements are now being put in place (walls, columns). The progress of the building construction has reached 40 percent.

Works are finished on schedule. The subsequent schedule plans for one over-ground storey to be completed over 1.5 weeks, with all the 15 storeys to be completed by Autumn. The first tenants will move into Park Avenue at the end of 2018.
