One tenant, two 7R locations – EuropaProperty

Famix, which specialises in distributing food products, has leased a total of over 8,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in 7R Park Kraków and 7R Park Rzeszów.

The developer handed over its first warehouse space in Kraków to Famix in June this year. The company has leased over 2 900 sqm in the seventh building at 7R Park Kraków. Famix has also leased over 5,000 sqm in the first building at 7R Park Rzeszów. The hand over date is planned for October this year.

Famix offers its services to around 2,500 retailers within Subcarpathian Voivodeship, Lesser Poland and neighbouring areas. 7R Park Kraków and 7R Park Rzeszów support the company’s food products storage.

“We were very pleased with the cooperation with 7R so far and with the quality of the facility in Kraków and that’s why we have decided to lease another warehouse in 7R Park Rzeszów. The developer has proven to be very flexible and designed the building that suits our needs. Such an A-class facility high storage building with an increased floor load will enable us to improve our operations even more and to continue strengthening our market position,” says Stanisław Tarnowski, Famix.

7R Park Rzeszów comprises of two A-class buildings GLA around 56,000 sqm. It is located in the direct vicinity of Special Economic Zones and the Aviation Valley – the largest industrial cluster in Poland.
