Panattoni starts construction on 24,000 sqm in Łódź – EuropaProperty

Panattoni Europe is extending Park Łódź East with 24,000 sqm of multi-tenant space now under construction. Following its completion, the modern complex will feature as much as 187,000 sqm.

The combined value of pending projects exceeds €187 million. Central Poland attracts customers for warehouse and manufacturing space due to its location and good transport infrastructure. What is more, it is anticipated that the Łódź region will enjoy increasing interest from tenants due to the construction of the A1 motorway between Stryków and Tuszyn. To capitalise on this trend, Panattoni Europe is increasing its warehouse space at Park Łódź East by 24,000 sqm.

Panattoni Park Łódź East comprises four buildings totalling 163,000 sqm, and at full build-out the total space will be 187,000 sqm. The park lies in the direct vicinity of the “Łódź Wschód” interchange on the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn), barely 10 km from the city centre.
