PianoForte construction progressing with over 50% of apartments sold

BPI Real Estate Poland’s PianoForte residential development in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district has reached the closed-shell stage, with construction progressing on schedule. At the same time, more than half of the project’s 100 apartments have already been sold.

The premium development, located at the intersection of Belwederska and Spacerowa streets, continues to attract strong buyer interest thanks to its prestigious location, boutique character and modernist-inspired architecture.

With the building structure completed and enclosed, work is now focused on installations, façades and interior finishing. The seven-storey project will offer apartments ranging from 38 sqm to 134 sqm, alongside retail space and a two-level underground garage.

Designed by KAPS Architekci, PianoForte incorporates sustainable solutions including rainwater recovery systems, heat pumps and photovoltaic panels. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2026.
