Panattoni is close to completing its latest project for Poczta Polska S.A. The Polish postal service already leases space provided by the developer in Białystok, but it will now also be occupying almost 4,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Kalisz, as the construction of the first-class A logistics park in the second-largest city in Wielkopolska province moves closer to completion.
The developer has entered the final furlong of the construction of Panattoni Park Kalisz – the first multi-tenant complex with class-A space in the second largest city of the Wielkopolska region. The fact that the company is developing 35,000 sqm in the two-building complex provides confirmation of the potential of Kalisz as an attractive alternative to Poznań within the province. The possibilities of this location have also been noticed by Poczta Polska S.A., which has leased almost 4,500 sqm in the park, including more than 650 sqm of modern offices. The developer has designed the space according to the requirements of the tenant and provided, among other features, a side ramp and a sorting room for correspondence. This represents the latest collaboration between the two companies. Poczta Polska has previously leased more than 5,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Białystok, to allow it to develop its e-commerce services, among others.

By delivering space closer to towns and cities where class-A warehouses were entirely absent just a few years ago, we can ensure more efficient services for end customers. Locations such as Kalisz, Białystok, Lublin and Siedlce are no longer the future, but current centres of activity for the warehouse sector, so it is not surprising that more parks in such places are being fully leased,” comments Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Kalisz is a complex of two Class-A buildings that have been developed as a Small Business Unit (SBU) project, and thanks to offering flexible modules, it is suitable for companies from both the production and logistics sectors. Within its buildings, tenants can use units with areas starting from 1,380 sqm. The park is also notable for its attractive warehouse and office space options, as well as its convenient location. The complex is situated in the southwest part of the city’s industrial zone, 6 km from the city centre, which allows efficient transportation both within the city’s limits and to its outskirts. Panattoni Park Kalisz is located just off national road 25 and 7 km from national road 12, which runs from the German to the Ukrainian border. Moreover, the city’s bypass lies 2.5 km from the park, while the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Berlin is just an hour away.
