Astoria Premium Offices – a class-A office building located at 2 Przeskok Street in Warsaw has a new tenant. It is Polidea – the company from the technological sector, which at the beginning of September this year will occupy more than 800 sqm on the fourth floor of the office building. Signing this contract resulted in nearly 60 percent of the office space in Astoria being already leased out.
The Warsaw office of Strabag Real Estate signed a new leasing contract with Polidea Sp. z o.o. The technological company that provides tailored software services including concept, design, development and testing, will occupy 841 sqm of modern office space on the fourth floor of Astoria Premium Offices. The lease agreement was signed in May and Polidea will open its new office in Astoria in early September.
