Quadrum, a well-established construction company based in Krakow, has decided to relocate its headquarters to the modern Stella Office complex. The company has leased over 600 sqm of office space in the boutique Class A office building, owned by the Zasada Group. The tenant was represented by Walter Herz consulting company throughout the leasing process. The new headquarters is scheduled to open in the autumn of this year.
“The decision to relocate our headquarters is a natural step in the continued growth of our organisation. We were looking for a location that would provide a comfortable and modern working environment while reflecting the standards we have consistently delivered through our projects over the years. Stella Office met all our expectations in terms of quality, functionality, accessibility and the flexibility to tailor the space to our operational needs. An additional advantage was the opportunity to carry out the fit-out works ourselves, enabling us to fully leverage our expertise and create an office that reflects our standards and corporate culture,” says Małgorzata Moksa-Sakłak, Vice President of the Management Board at Quadrum.
“We supported Quadrum at every stage of the leasing process. We represented the tenant during negotiations of the lease terms as well as the commercial assumptions of the agreement. A key aspect of the negotiations was securing solutions enabling the tenant to independently carry out the fit-out works. The company was looking for a new headquarters in a well-connected part of northern Krakow, and the modern Stella Office complex, delivered only a few months ago, fully meets these requirements,” says Kamil Kowalewski, Director at Walter Herz.
Stella Office, owned by the Zasada Group, was completed at the end of 2025. The building stands out for its minimalist and elegant architecture, featuring a characteristic curved glazed façade. The five-storey property offers 9,900 sqm of space and was designed by Q3D Group.
