REDPORT announced the launch of Phase IV of THE LEVEL APARTMENTS residential project. This milestone marks the completion of the development built in four phases in the Străulești – Petrom City area in northern Bucharest.
THE LEVEL APARTMENTS is the company’s debut project, designed as a phased development comprising approximately 500 units, with an estimated market value of around €85 million, structured across four development stages.
The launch of Phase IV, which includes 202 premium apartments, follows the completion of the 105 units in the previous phase and reconfirms the project’s strong commercial traction, with a high level of pre-sales already achieved during construction. After a decade, REDPORT has set a standard in construction and interior finishes, being recognised for the high quality of its developments.
The new phase, with a GDV (gross development value) exceeding €43 million, will complete the urban community concept developed by REDPORT in northern Bucharest and will continue the project’s philosophy of efficient living, urban connectivity, and integrated facilities for residents. Phase IV is designed as the final stage of the project, further strengthening THE LEVEL APARTMENTS’ positioning as a residential benchmark in the new northern area of Bucharest.

THE LEVEL APARTMENTS project is located in proximity to Petrom City, in an area with quick access to Bucharest’s main arteries, public transportation, green spaces, and educational facilities. The development was designed as a micro urban community, featuring green areas, parking spaces, and services dedicated to residents. The novelty brought by Phase IV is an urban garden with exclusive access for residents, offering a green oasis for families seeking a safe and harmonious living environment within the community.
With the launch of Phase IV, REDPORT completes its first major development in its portfolio and further strengthens its expansion strategy in northern Bucharest, while continuing works on Vitality Est, the company’s project located in the eastern part of the city. After a decade of activity, REDPORT aims to become one of the leading players in Bucharest’s residential market, targeting the development of 2,000 apartments by 2030.
