Yareal has announced the final sales launch for the NEFRYT apartments at SOHO by Yareal. This boutique apartment building, nestled in the western part of the multifunctional complex, will feature 17 apartments with direct views of the linear park, serving as the green axis of the entire urban development. NEFRYT is the last residential building to be constructed within the SOHO by Yareal project, making it a truly unique opportunity.
NEFRYT is designed as a freestanding, intimate building overlooking the green park stretching along the SOHO by Yareal complex. The architecture and the size of NEFRYT complement the already inhabited apartment buildings, particularly the nearby RUBIN building. NEFRYT will form a cohesive project with the other new buildings, thanks to design features such as clinker tiles that echo the complex’s post-industrial character and distinctive aluminum cubes. This will ensure the building fits seamlessly into the new residential and historic industrial surroundings, which will be revitalized in the final phase of the investment.
“NEFRYT is a unique building characterized by its intimate nature and high standards. The limited number of spacious apartments will be perfect for those who value privacy, freedom, and comfort. Located in the central part of the complex, the building will meet residents’ most basic needs, such as shopping and socializing in nearby restaurants, while providing recreation opportunities in the adjacent park. The park and other green areas feature over 100 trees and shrubs, including numerous specimens preserved or transplanted from the site’s industrial past. NEFRYT will diversify the SOHO by Yareal offering, introducing high-quality architecture, attractive spaces, and apartments for new residents, along with additional services on the ground floor”, said Jacek Zengteler, President of Yareal.
The SOHO by Yareal complex is more than just a place to live. It’s a community designed to function as a local hub, combining residential areas, recreational green spaces, services, and dining options. This unique design enables residents to live according to the 15-minute city concept, largely without leaving the estate. The project has received the pioneering BREEAM Communities certificate in Poland for implementing the highest urban design standards, developed in collaboration with local authorities and the heritage conservator.
The complex is a testament to Yareal’s commitment to sustainability, incorporating numerous ecological solutions. These include low-emission concrete and a rainwater retention system that will collect water in underground tanks for irrigating the extensive green areas. SOHO also features a community garden in nursery containers made from recycled clothing, allowing residents to grow their own vegetables, herbs, and ornamental plants.
The construction of the new buildings SOHO 10, SOHO 12, and NEFRYT is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
