The first branch of Santander Bank Polska’s Work Cafe format has opened in Ogrodowa 8 Office building in Łódź. It is an innovative concept that meets the current trends in the labour market and the needs of employees who take advantage of the possibility of remote or hybrid work, looking for space that will facilitate the performance of everyday duties.
The Ogrodowa 8 Office building is located in the very centre of Łódź, near Piotrkowska Street and the Manufaktura shopping and entertainment centre. The facility offers over 28,000 sqm of space, mainly office space, and on its ground floor, there are numerous service and commercial outlets. The office building is a combination of aesthetic architectural values and functional spatial solutions, taking into account the highest quality standard (WELL Health & Safety Rating and BREEAM In-use certificates at the “Excellent” level) as well as care for the natural environment and the well-being of employees.
Santander Work Cafe’s concept goes beyond a bank branch as understood so far. It is a modern space, intended not only for the bank’s customers but also for all those looking for a temporary place to work, with the necessary equipment (WiFi, printer, the possibility of organizing a meeting in a separate room). As the name of the new concept indicates, Work Cafe is a modern branch connected to a work and meeting zone, as well as a place where you can drink aromatic coffee while listening to music. The facility has a separate coffee zone with a special furniture, equipped with a high-class machine for preparing coffee and drinks.
