Polish logistics service provider Emka has chosen 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I for its new headquarters. Real estate advisory firm Savills advised on the lease of 3,450 sqm of warehouse and office space.
Emka provides warehousing and transport services, comprehensive logistics solutions for e-retailers, as well as logistics of marketing materials and loyalty programmes. The new warehouse will have a special picking zone with access to natural light and additional infrared heating to ensure the right temperature in the space where products are prepared for the company’s clients. The tenant is planning to move in mid-2021.

7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I is a modern industrial park in the Włochy district, just under 10 km to the south-west of the centre of Warsaw and 5 km from Chopin Airport. It is being developed by 7R and will consist of three buildings with a total area of close to 14,000 sqm.
