SHOPPI Retail Park, a new retail project in Smederevo developed by MPC Properties, officially has opened its doors to the public. Spreading over 9,400 sqm, the complex houses 20 retail units, as well as 200 parking spaces.
Its tenant mix features a diverse blend of local and international brand names, including H&M, LC Waikiki, Sport Vision, Win Win, Deichmann and New Yorker.
“SHOPPI Retail Park was completed in record time, taking only six months from the laying of the cornerstone to the official opening. We are proud of the fact that the project is fully leased with a fine selection of brands,” said Thomas Villadsen, CEO of MPC Properties.
According to the investor, the second construction stage of the project will begin in April 2018.
At present, MPC Properties operates two more SHOPPI retail parks in Subotica and in Belgrade’s municipality of Borča.
The company has announced plans to further expand its retail park portfolio in Serbia in the coming period.
Alongside SHOPPI retail parks, MPC Properties has so far completed the development of UŠĆE Shopping Center and Immo Outlet Centar in Belgrade, as well as numerous other commercial and residential buildings in Serbia.
