Solida Capital has announced its first residential development in Romania — a boutique project located in the heart of Sector 1, Bucharest, just steps from the lakeshore. The scheme is being developed in partnership with RADOX.
The project represents an important milestone in Solida Capital’s continued expansion across the Central and Eastern European region. Building on the company’s pan-European investment and development platform, Solida Capital is bringing its expertise to the Romanian residential sector, acting as both investor and development manager. The company will oversee the project from concept through to delivery, applying institutional-grade discipline and expertise throughout the development process.
The development will prioritise quality over scale, featuring a limited collection of carefully designed apartments that respond to growing demand for premium, well-located urban living. Situated in a green and tranquil area of Bucharest with excellent connectivity, the project aims to offer residents a unique blend of comfort, accessibility and quality. Drawing on RADOX’s extensive experience in sourcing high-quality construction solutions, the partners aim to deliver superior apartments incorporating advanced technical solutions that enhance both comfort and sustainability.
The project is scheduled to launch before the end of the year, reflecting the partners’ commitment to delivering the development efficiently and effectively.
For Solida Capital, entering the Romanian residential development market represents a natural next step in the company’s growth strategy. The Bucharest project is intended to be the first of a broader pipeline of residential developments in the country and the wider region.
Solida Capital was advised on the transaction by Act Legal Romania, while RADOX was advised by Schoenherr Attorneys at Law. Solida Capital expressed its gratitude to both legal teams for their professionalism, expertise and commitment throughout the process.
Special thanks were also extended to FORTIM Trusted Advisors, Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, for advising both parties on the commercial aspects of the joint venture.
