Speedwell obtains building permit for final phase of TRIAMA Residence

Speedwell has launched sales for the third and final phase of TRIAMA Residence in Bucharest. This comes as a natural step after obtaining the building permit and selling the available stock of units for the first two phases of the project. The residential ensemble in eastern Bucharest consists of three separate buildings and a total of 202 apartments.

Located on Baia de Arama Street, near Basarabia Boulevard and just a few-minute walk away from Costin Georgian subway station, TRIAMA Residence benefits from a well-connected location. It offers easy access to various means of public transportation and road networks, including main points of interest such as the Mega Mall shopping centre, the National Arena, parks, and schools. A Profi convenience store can be found on the ground floor of the first building of the project.
