SPEKTRUM Tower signs new lease agreement with Keen Property Management – EuropaProperty

SPEKTRUM Tower, located in Warsaw’s CBD, has successfully signed a new lease agreement with Keen Property Management (‘KPM’) who are a specialist property advisor. KPM will occupy more than 400 sqm of office space and are planning to move into their new premises in December 2014.

KPM is a business focusing on regional and local retail shopping centres providing property management and asset management along with being associated with high-end residential properties including projects such as Holland Park in Warsaw where it is relocating from.

“As a company offering property management and asset management services, we had very clear expectations regarding our own premises. We wanted an easy-to-adapt space, in a high-end office building located in the very centre of Warsaw for an attractive price per sqm.
