European law firm Fieldfisher will become a tenant of Studio A, the Warsaw office tower developed by Skanska Commercial Development Europe. The firm selected its new headquarters for its prime location and innovative workplace solutions.
Fieldfisher’s new office will provide its rapidly growing team with a modern working environment and serve as a platform for the firm’s continued expansion in the Polish market. The firm will occupy the entire ninth floor of Studio A.
“Studio A combines innovative building solutions and ESG standards with a high-quality working environment. Its location in the business heart of Warsaw’s Wola district makes it one of the city’s most prestigious addresses, favoured by leaders across many industries. We are delighted that Fieldfisher has chosen to continue growing its business here,” says Hanna Marszałek, Leasing and Asset Value Management Manager at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.
“As our business in Poland has continued to grow, we were looking for a space that would support the firm’s further expansion while meeting the needs of both our people and our clients. Studio A offers a modern and dynamic working environment that will help us attract top talent and continue delivering the highest quality service. The new office combines an excellent location and connectivity with solutions that support employee wellbeing, collaboration and our sustainability ambitions. Our move to Studio A also forms part of Fieldfisher’s long-term growth plans for Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region, which remains one of the firm’s key markets,” says Krzysztof Marzyński, Partner and Head of the Real Estate Practice at Fieldfisher Poland.
Studio A is a modern high-rise office building located between Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ in central Warsaw. The building incorporates some innovative solutions supporting energy efficiency, including digital twin technology and various PropTech solutions. It also stands out thanks to its Scandinavian design and a publicly accessible green plaza with direct access to the Norblin Factory complex. Studio A meets the requirements of numerous quality and sustainable building certifications, including LEED, WELL Core & Shell, WiredScore, SmartScore and the Polish “Barrier-Free Building” certification.
Since the beginning of July this year, the Swedish company Stena Real Estate AB has been the new owner of Studio A.
