After the huge success of this year’s Hotel Trends Poland & CEE conference, the organisers have announced two events for the hospitality industry. The fifth edition of Hotel Trends will be held in the traditional formula in November next year, while on May 17 at the Courtyard by Marriott the first Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE conference will take place. This will be an event dedicated to hotel investments in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
Participants will include representatives of hotel chains, funds, banks, architectural firms and private investors interested in the Polish market hotel.
“Observing the rapid development of the hotel market in Poland, and after having talked to hoteliers, and taking into account the huge success of the Hotel Trends Poland & CEE conference, we came to the conclusion that the hotel market in Poland needs a conference focused on investment. The May event is a response to this interest,” said Krzysztof Gonciarek, board member at Polskie Wydawnictwa Specjalistyczne ProMedia, publisher of Hotelier magazine.
Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE will focus on market challenges, new investment plans, trends and safe future scenarios. The forum aims to assess the investment potential of the Polish market, to familiarise participants with the latest trends, in terms of investment, as well as financing and subsequent sale.

During the panels and thematic sessions, experts from Poland and abroad will discuss not only the potential of the hotel market and its further expansion, but also the best places to invest, hotels with the highest rate of return on investment, as well as trends in neighbouring markets.
