The Warsaw office of Strabag Real Estate signed a new leasing contract with the House of Champagne. The flagship store of the brand located on the ground floor of Astoria Premium Offices will occupy nearly 70 sqm of lease area and will offer its customers nearly 300 kinds of champagne manufactured by both small and large champagne houses. The House of Champagne will fill the retail area currently occupied by Good Look optician, Green Caffè Nero coffeehouse and Gorąco Polecam Nowakowski.

“While we were looking for a place for the first, exclusive store dedicated to champagnes, we focused on three key factors: central location with convenient access for both pedestrians and motorists, the prestige of the building and its surroundings,” said Maciej Janiszewski, General Director, the House of Champagne. “Astoria Premium Offices fulfils all our requirements.”

In the store at 2 Przeskok Street customers will find the largest selection of champagne in Poland.
