Gide Loyrette Nouel and Norton Rose Fulbright have extended their leases at Metropolitan Warszawa. The law firms have leased a total of over 3,000 sqm of modern office space. Metropolitan Warszawa has always attracted strong brands and market leaders.
“We are thrilled to continue our cooperation with Gide Loyrette Nouel and Norton Rose Fulbright. They are respected excellence leaders, which makes them a great fit for Metropolitan Warszawa. Like the building itself, both firms set standards in their market. At Metropolitan Warszawa they occupy prime top-floor spaces with dedicated terraces. This ensures privacy and boosts well-being for employees,” says Joanna Kowalska-Szymczak, founder and CEO of EBRU Capital, asset manager for Metropolitan Warszawa.
Gide Loyrette Nouel has been based in Metropolitan Warszawa since 2006. Under the seven-year lease extension, the firm will continue to lease prime office space located on the top (sixth) floor of Building 1, with views of Piłsudski Square, Raffles Europejski and the President’s Palace. In the negotiations, Gide Loyrette Nouel was advised by Colliers.
“The office on the sixth floor of Warsaw’s Metropolitan Building has become a hallmark of Gide. Much like our firm, this location combines a rich history with modernity, through its proximity to both the business and historical parts of the city. We are delighted that we will be able to create a space here for many years to come, working together, meeting with clients and exchanging experiences and inspiration,” says Dariusz Tokarczuk, partner at Gide Warsaw.
In the coming years, Metropolitan Warszawa will also remain the home of Norton Rose Fulbright (Norton Rose Fulbright Dyczkowski i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowa). The firm has signed a seven-year extension of its lease. Norton Rose Fulbright is located on the top floor of Building 2, with exceptional views of the Saxon Garden, the National Theater and Opera, and a skyline of Warsaw’s skyscrapers. The firm was represented by JLL.
“We are thrilled to continue being based in this prestigious location with its unique view of the centre of Warsaw and the Saxon Garden, which consistently pleases our clients and employees. Since 2006, this office has provided an exceptional environment for our team. The prime location not only enhances our corporate image but also offers unparalleled convenience and amenities that contribute to the well-being of our staff. We look forward to many more years in this outstanding location, which not only offers a prime workspace but also enhances our ability to serve our clients effectively,” says Grzegorz Dyczkowski, Managing Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright Dyczkowski i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowa.
