Urszula Sobczyk and Arkadiusz Bielecki to Head the Valuation Department of Cresa Poland – EuropaProperty

Two leading real estate experts Urszula Sobczyk and Arkadiusz Bielecki will head the newly-created Valuation Department of the Polish branch of a global real estate advisor Cresa. Their key responsibilities will be to support clients in real estate valuation for financial reporting, securing bank financing and real estate acquisition and sale, and in administrative, court and arbitration proceedings.

Urszula Sobczyk has nineteen years of real estate experience gained at DTZ Polska and Just Properties, a business run together with Arkadiusz Bielecki. She also has many years of practice in leading a team of property valuers and specializes in real estate valuations for Polish and global firms, banks, investors and developers. Urszula is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, a licensed property valuer and an MRICS.

Arkadiusz Bielecki has seventeen years of experience in the commercial real estate market, gained at DTZ and Just Properties, the latter being a joint business with Urszula Sobczyk. He brings an outstanding track record of real estate valuation and management of a team of property valuers. Arkadiusz is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, a licensed property valuer and a court expert. He also has an MRICS qualification.

Just Properties, founded by Urszula and Arkadiusz two years following their departure from DTZ, will continue to deliver services to its current clients and provide complementary services in conjunction with Cresa.
