Warimpex obtains green light for first residential development in Poland

Warimpex has obtained a building permit for its first residential development in Poland – MOG31, located at 31 Mogilska Street in Kraków, with a total area exceeding 8,000 sqm. This marks a key milestone in the implementation of an investment that will soon enrich one of the city’s main arteries with a modern, multifunctional residential building constructed at the highest standards and in line with the principles of sustainable development.

The MOG31 project is being developed within a growing complex of buildings created by Warimpex in the area of Mogilskie Roundabout – in the immediate vicinity of Kraków’s city centre. The location ensures convenient access to public transport, schools, recreational areas, and the city’s most important cultural attractions. The presence of offices, restaurants, and service points within the complex makes the MOG31 development a perfect example of Kraków’s implementation of the “15-minute city” concept.
