WeCare, part of the Liebrecht & wooD Group, has won the tender to manage part of the office properties of IMMOFINANZ Group in Bucharest.
The company will provide the Austrian real estate investor and developer with comprehensive property and facility management services for more than half of the office portfolio of IMMOFINANZ Group consisting of important business centers in the Romanian capital city.
The two buildings will add nearly 29,000 sqm of space to WeCare portfolio, which will now amount to a total of 143,000 sqm of space under WeCare management in Romania. WeCare will also keep managing another three properties of IMMOFINANZ Group in Bucharest, including Victoria Park I and II-IV (over 21,000 sqm of office space) and Iride Business Park (73,700 sqm of office and retail space as well as over 19,000 sqm of warehouse space).

The two additional projects, Pipera I and North Center buildings are located in the northern outskirts of Bucharest, which border the Ilfov district. The area is easily accessible by car and it is a mere 25 minute drive to the airport. Shuttle buses operate from underground stations including Pipera and Aurel Vlaicu. The Pipera I building provides 19,743 sqm of rentable area and its current tenant is Vodafone, while the North Center building comprises 9,628 sqm currently leased by companies like: Bunge, URS Corporation, CBN Corporation.
