P3, a long-term owner and developer of warehouse properties in Europe, has signed a lease contract with XBS Logistics for over 9,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at the P3 Błonie park. This is now the company’s second warehouse in the P3 park in Warsaw’s suburbs.
XBS Logistics is part of the XBS Group and deals with complex supply chain management, including sourcing, inventory financing, intra-warehouse logistics, and transport. Last year, the company extended its lease contract for 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in a different warehouse at the P3 Błonie park. The successful cooperation with the developer and the excellent location of the P3 park have led the Client to lease additional space.
Jacek Kołodziejczyk, President of the Board, XBS Logistics, said: “Among the factors in favour of renting out additional space at the P3 Błonie park were location which proof excellent as well as the pressing need of finding a new warehouse as close as possible to our current clients. P3 quickly responded to our needs. The solutions proposed by the developer, with which we have been working for years, are perfectly in sync with our long-term development strategy.”
XBS Logistics will move into warehouse number 12 at P3 Błonie, where it will occupy almost 9,000 sqm of warehouse space and 250 sqm of office space.
Anna Brym, Leasing Manager P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: “The additional space for XBS Logistics confirms our expertise in delivering the highest quality warehouse space and asset management services. The location of the P3 Błonie park and its good connections with nearby ring roads ensure efficient transport links with every part of Poland. The park’s location is extremely advantageous for Clients from various sectors. We’re glad to be able to support the development and reinforce the market position of companies like XBS Logistics”.
Cresa Polska, commercial real estate advisory firm, represented the tenant in the transaction.
