During the 15th edition of the PRCH Retail Awards, the jury awarded 45 prizes, including 14 gold statuettes and 28 silver ones, across 21 business, strategy, and marketing categories. Additionally, the strategic jury presented three special prizes for outstanding projects.
“The PRCH Retail Awards gala was the culmination of the competition’s 15th-anniversary edition. Out of 113 nominations, the jury presented as many as 45 awards, reflecting the excellent standard of the submissions. I would like to thank the jury members for their hard work and commitment and congratulate all the participating companies on their exceptional projects. Many thanks also to the gala attendees for their presence and for creating the excellent atmosphere that accompanied the prize-giving ceremony. I invite all companies operating in the retail property sector to participate in the next, 16th edition of the competition,” said Marcin Klammer, Managing Director of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.
The ceremonial gala was held at Forteca Kręgliccy and attended by over 300 guests, including CEOs, managing directors, and marketing directors from PRCH member companies. Representatives of retail schemes (owners, managers, developers, and investors), retail chains, and companies offering products and services in the commercial property market were also present.

The strategic jury presented three special awards to projects that stood out in this year’s competition:
- Apsys Polska for the “Roadworks” project
- G-City Poland for the expansion of the Promenada shopping centre in Warsaw
- Carrefour Polska for the expansion of Sonata Park in Sochaczew
Additionally, the Polish Council of Shopping Centres’ Management Board presented an honorary award to Przemysław Dwojak, Senior Client Business Partner at GfK – An NIQ Company, for his substantial contributions to studying and developing Poland’s shopping centre sector and advancing industry knowledge.
