80 gates and 40 docks in BTS terminal for DPD Poland – EuropaProperty

In the second half of November the delivery company DPD Poland started its operations in the new cross-dock terminal located in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki. The tenant will occupy approximately 9,000 sqm, out of which 1,300 sqm is dedicated to offices and social offices. The facility in Komorniki is the second building, specially designed for the DPD Company. The first one is located in SEGRO’s park in Wroclaw.

“Poznań is a key location within our strategy, not only due to the economic potential of the region, but also due to the highly developed transport infrastructure. The city is located next to one of the main road transit corridors connecting Western and Eastern Europe – the A2 motorway. As a result, the region is attractive for automotive, logistics and commercial tenants,” added Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO Business Unit Director Central Europe.
