The cornerstone ceremony for Less Mess Poleczki’s flagship project has taken place. This marks the fourth construction project initiated by Less Mess Storage this year, reflecting the company’s consistent growth and commitment to strengthening its leadership position in the self-storage market in Poland and the Czech Republic. This will be the fifth branch in Warsaw and the thirteenth in Poland. The completion of the construction is planned for the end of the second quarter of next year.
The new investment in the capital will provide a convenient storage solution for both individuals and businesses. Customers will have 24/7 access to the facility, facilitated by modern technologies that allow convenient access to units via a mobile application.
As specified during the ceremony, the building itself will be very interesting. Stylistically, it will resemble other company facilities, characterized by a distinctive large red window behind which a row of red doors can be seen. But it’s not just the appearance that makes it special. The building is designed to provide optimal conditions for storage, with attention to ventilation and temperature control, as well as appropriate security systems.
Additionally, the facility will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, contributing to improved air quality and a reduced carbon footprint. The applied technology will allow the production of approximately 47.17 MWh annually, equivalent to planting 1,534 trees. The Less Mess Poleczki branch will offer nearly 10,000 sqm of space, providing room for over a thousand units of various sizes.
Self-storage is an extremely popular service in the West and the United States, and it is gaining more interest in Poland each year. These services are becoming increasingly popular in large cities where residential space is limited, and rental prices are rising. Individual customers use self-storage to store excess items, especially during moves, renovations, or life changes. Companies use these warehouses for storing goods, archiving documents, and keeping seasonal equipment. Less Mess Storage is growing very dynamically, and this is certainly not the last investment.
