Agart-Pro continues in Eurologis Logistics Centre

Agart-Pro, a supplier of foodstuffs to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops, has extended its lease of nearly 1,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Eurologis Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by the real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

“To deliver on the task we were given, we needed to have a good understanding of the market of FM companies. This was necessary on account of the tenant’s technical building requirements. Drawing on the local support of Anna Domańska, who has worked in real estate in Wrocław for many years, we managed to secure attractive adaptation conditions for the tenant’s unit. The role of an advisor goes beyond providing support during the negotiation of commercial or lease conditions – we often also use our business contacts to help our clients. This was also the case with Agart-Pro. Eurologis Logistics Centre is located 16 km from the centre of Wrocław, making for excellent conditions for product distribution and access to a large labour market. The complex offers class-A warehouses that can be easily adapted to individual tenant requirements on attractive lease conditions.
