BNP Paribas Bank Polska finances MLP Group Project

MLP Group has completed a transaction with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., securing financing of €21.5 million. The funds will be used to refinance the construction of a 34,600 sqm warehouse facility at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. Legal advisory for the bank was provided by Kycia Legal Banking Finance.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. It is the largest complex of its type in the region, with a target lease area of over 424,000 sqm. The buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the roofs.
