Bydgoszcz Logistics Centre continues cooperation with Kaufland

Bydgoszcz Logistics Centre will continue to lease 45,000 sqm of warehouse space to a leading grocery chain Kaufland. During the renegotiation of the lease conditions, CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM), the owner of the complex, was represented by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Bydgoszcz Logistics Centre is one of the three distribution centres managed by grocery retailer Kaufland. The building was completed in 2017.

Bydgoszcz Logistics Centre is part of the property portfolio acquired by CBRE IM in late 2021 alongside Kraków Logistics Centre, Warsaw Airport Logistics Centre, Łódź Logistics Centre, Poznań South Logistics Centre and Sosnowiec Distribution Centre. Together, the six properties have a combined area of 212,000 sqm of class-A warehouse space. In addition to being the property manager of the portfolio, Cushman & Wakefield is also its exclusive leasing agent.
