Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed manager of three office buildings owned by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm. The properties – T-Mobile Office Park and Łopuszańska Business Park in Warsaw and Katowice Business Point in Katowice – comprise more than 73,000 sqm of leasable space.
T-Mobile Office Park is a modern office building in Marynarska Street in Warsaw, providing nearly 41,000 sqm of office space and 1,400 parking spaces. It was delivered onto the market in 2013. Its anchor tenant is mobile telecom provider T-Mobile, while the remaining space is leased to Citibank International. T-Mobile Office Park has been awarded an “Excellent” rating in the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) certification system.
Łopuszańska Business Park in Warsaw’s Łopuszańska Street is a complex of two office buildings providing 16,000 sqm of modern office space and more than 320 underground parking spaces. It was delivered onto the market in 2013 and its tenants include Alior Bank, Allianz, Cemex and Mitsubishi Electric Europe. Łopuszańska Business Park has received a “Very Good” rating in the BREEAM certification system.
Katowice Business Point offers 16,800 sqm of modern office space, 200 underground parking spaces and additional parking spaces outside the building. It is located in Ściegiennego Street in Katowice, close to the Silesia City Center. The building was delivered onto the market in 2010 and its anchor tenants include Alior Bank, Tauron, PwC and Żywiec Group. Katowice Business Point has been awarded a “Very Good” rating in the BREEAM certification system.
