Hyundai Motor Poland expands its office at Wołoską

Hyundai Motor Poland will remain at Wołoska 24 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The company is also expanding its office by nearly 30% and will occupy almost 1,700 sqm.

In the transaction, JLL supported the tenant, providing advice on both the lease agreement and Project Development Services. The building’s owner, a real estate fund managed by ZFP Investments, was represented by IAD Real Estate Management and CBRE.

Wołoska 24 is a modern office building offering 20,000 sqm of office space. The property comprises 11 above-ground floors and four underground levels. Tenants have access to 550 underground parking spaces and nearly 20 surface parking spaces.
