The presentation of this new format (mall-in mall) was organized by the developer, DG-19. The architectural concept of ZELENOPARK shopping mall – is a shopping street under a roof. The glass roof gives the feeling of an open-space. The total leasable area is 105,000 sqm. The major anchor tenants are Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Kidburg, Detskiy Mir, M.Video, INDITEX and LPP groups, H&M, Gloria Jeans, Kiabi and many others.
The outlet gallery with the total area of 11,500 sqm with over 75 retailers will be integrated into an existing shopping centre. Additional parts of the outlet zone is a comfortable lounge-zone with a piano. Free of charge pay stations and interactive screens are installed for the customers to support the sales. A separate VIP parking and a separate entrance is constructed for the customers. The first outlet stores will be opened in December 2016. This new outlet gallery will attract additional 7,000 visits of additional traffic.
