CEMEX Polska remains in The Park Warsaw

CEMEX Polska, a manufacturer of building materials, has decided to extend the lease agreement in The Park Warsaw complex, where it occupies an office of 2,000 sqm. ITRA Polska experts advised on the renegotiations.

The Park Warsaw is an attractive office space surrounded by carefully selected greenery and other elements of architecture. It is distinguished by its interesting architecture, the facility offers many different commercial and service facilities, such as shops, cafes, restaurants, a fitness club and a kindergarten.

The Park office complex is located in Warsaw’s Włochy. It consists of 10 class-A buildings with carefully designed greenery and elements of small architecture. The Park office buildings received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
