pbb provides €117 million for logistics portfolio in Poland and Czech Republic
pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €117 million investment loan facility to a Logistics Fund, managed by GLP Capital Partners. The fund will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of the development of a logistics portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic.
The portfolio consists of eight assets along key logistic destinations in Poland and the Czech Republic. The portfolio comprises a total of over 245,000 sqm gross lettable area and has a well-diversified tenant mix.

Mitiska opens new retail park development in Romania
Mitiska has opened a new retail park in southern Romania on the banks of the Danube. The new retail park was developed in partnership with Mitiska’s local partner, Square 7 Properties.
In Romania, Mitiska REIM manages one of the largest retail real estate portfolios in the country, encompassing 25 retail parks with a gross leasable area of 134,000 sqm, which generates a daily footfall in excess of 150,000 shoppers. The portfolio has been awarded “Very Good” BREEAM certifications.

Matexi obtains building permit for new investment in Warsaw
Matexi Polska has received a valid building permit for the first stage of a new residential investment in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district. “This is our first investment in Żoliborz, so we particularly wanted to emphasize its local character and, at the same time, its prestigious location,” said Karolina Stokowska, Project Developer at Matexi Polska. The start of sales for the investment is planned for the end of the second quarter of 2023.
