Front Line Hungary has launched operations at its new, 1,500 sqm distribution centre at CTPark Budapest West. Front Line is a leading distributor of ingredients for Mexican and American cuisine in Central and Eastern Europe. The company has now taken over significant logistics capacity at CTPark Budapest West to support the expansion of its e-commerce business in Hungary.
CTPark Budapest West’s excellent location on the M1 motorway—19 km from Budapest’s city centre in the town of Biatorbágy close to the junction with the MO ring road—was a deciding factor for Front Line, as it allows the company to reach its customers quickly, both in Budapest and across the country.
As part of CTP’s commitment to sustainability and helping clients meet their ESG targets, Front Line’s new facilities at CTPark Budapest West were recently modernised with green technologies, including an energy-efficient heat pump system for cooling and heating, LED lighting, and a new fire protection and hot water system.
“It is a huge milestone for our company’s activities in Hungary that we have taken possession of modern, state-of-the-art facilities in Biatorbágy, as we have big goals for the future,” Péter Szabados, Regional Head of Front Line Hungary, explains. “We are thinking about continuous expansion, for which we require a modern warehousing and logistics infrastructure, and this is available at CTPark Budapest West. Our distribution activities are now carried out under considerably more professional conditions, which is important because time, product quality, and reliability are the most important factors in e-commerce.”
Ferenc Gondi, CTP’s Managing Director in Hungary, adds: “We are delighted to welcome Front Line Hungary, an emerging Hungarian e-commerce company, to CTPark Budapest West, adding another important partner to our park community. We delivered modern facilities renovated according to Front Line’s requirements, demonstrating our commitment to working with clients as long-term partners providing property solutions to meet their needs.”
