Deka Trans has signed a lease for nearly 5,000 sqm – with possibility of expanding up to 6,500 sqm, of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Pruszkow II. AXI IMMO has represented the Client in negotiations.
Deka Trans is the first tenant which has moved to the newly constructed building of Panattoni Park Pruszkow II. According to the leasing agreement the company has taken 4,800 sqm of warehouse space, with possibility to expand to 6,500 sqm, and 140 sqm of office and social space. The tenant will use the newly-built space as a comprehensive logistic centre for clients from the packaging industry.
“The new location is the continuation of our dynamic development in Mazovia. We were looking for a modern warehouse space near Warsaw to organize comprehensive logistics service for our client’s factories, which can ensure not only swift transfer of materials and goods, but also high standards of the space and appropriate conditions protecting from dust and moisture during storage,” commented Sebastian Pazurek, owner of Deka Trans.
The recently inaugurated building in Panattoni Park Pruszkow II was the ideal choice for our client. Its main advantage is its location near the A2 motorway, which enables perfect conditions for distribution in the Warsaw area, Central Poland and further to the west,” added Danuta Dzierżak, Associate Director Industrial & Logistic AXI IMMO.
Deka Trans declares further expansion in the Warsaw region – other projects are under preparation in this area. The company has existed since 2009 and provides distribution and storage services. It is specializing in complex services for manufacturing clients, including: taking delivery and management of materials and raw materials, warehousing, transferring to manufacturers and distribution of end-products to final consumers. The company is active across the country, with particular focus on the Warsaw and Central Poland regions.
Panattoni Park Pruszków II, which was chosen by the tenant, is located next to the A2 motorway junction and near the national road No. 2 (Warsaw-Poznań) providing optimal conditions for distribution to Central Poland. Ultimately, the park will comprise three warehouse buildings, totalling 69,313 sqm of space. The warehouse spaces can be adjusted to the client’s needs from various industries. To date, two out of three building have been constructed.
