Deutsche Hypo and ING finance logistics portfolio for the Goodman Group 

Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance and ING provide financing for a German-Dutch logistics portfolio for the Goodman European Partnership (GEP) managed by the Goodman Group in a club deal. The financing volume of €200 million is split evenly between the two lenders with ING taking on the role of Agent and Sustainability Coordinator. The term of the loan is five years.

The Goodman Group, based in Sydney, is a leading international owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial properties with an AuM of around €50 billion.
