FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest debuts in 2016 with an additional leased area of 770 sqm. Sport Vision, the sportswear brand, and R&R Boutique, premium shoes manufacturer and retailer opened their first professional outlet stores in Romania. Issimo Home, popular home & bath textiles producer also joined the outlet center, while Tom Tailor decided to expand its existing store in the scheme.

The recent store openings continue the positive progress of FASHION HOUSE outlet store in Bucharest, started in 2014 and accelerated throughout 2015. In the past 12 months, other 10 new tenants joined FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest: Guess, Mustang Jeans, Spanish Kids, Kiddie Rides, Format Lady, Faith by MD, Nissa, Napoleoni, TED’s, Lacoste & Gant.
Opened in 2008, the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre within West Park Retail is the first outlet centre in Romania, developed by FASHION HOUSE Group, part of Liebrecht & wooD Group. Strategically located next to Bucharest’s ring road and with direct access from the A1 highway, it can be reached in a mere 30 minutes’ drive time from the city centre. The scheme offers 20,000 sqm total GLA (Phase I, II & III) – over 60 shops, a foodcourt and an ample parking.
