First Tenant for Flexiparks Vienna North II

Flexiparks Vienna North II has secured its first tenant with Harrer Gebäudedienstleistungen GmbH. Upon completion of the project, the company will occupy Unit C7, totaling 414 sqm, which includes 264 sqm of hall space and 150 sqm of office space on the mezzanine level.

Construction for the expansion of Flexiparks Vienna North is scheduled to begin in Q2 2025, with completion planned for Q4 2025. The strategic location at the A2 Stockerau East exit offers excellent accessibility in a thriving business district—ideal for companies seeking a future-proof site.

Harrer Gebäudedienstleistungen, a young company specializing in building cleaning, facade cleaning, winter services, and green space maintenance, will relocate its headquarters to Flexiparks.
