GTC sets date for completion of University Business Park – EuropaProperty

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has signed a contract with the general contractor, Strabag, to proceed with the construction of University Business Park II – an office building of 19,400 sqm. The building has been pre-leased for 50 percent of the space. Tenants will move in in April 2016.

University Business Park II is the second building in University Business Park, which is a modern, A-Class office complex situated in the centre of Łódź. Upon completion of the second phase, University Business Park, will offer its tenants 38,800 sqm and 600 parking spaces in two seven story buildings.
