Hines, a international real estate firm, has been recognised as the leading office developer in Europe, according to the European Real Estate Brand Institute. The Brand Equity Study surveys the top 50 corporate brands in real estate development in Europe.
Commended for its international reach but with a regional competence and the ability to deliver value-add strategies, Hines was in good company with BNP Paribas Real Estate, OVG Real Estate and Strabag Real Estate placing second, third and fourth.
In its sixth year, the Real Estate Brand Awards nominates Europe’s most powerful real estate brands and acknowledges their outstanding performance potentials.
